Our mission is simple, creating a space to share our passion for traditional, rich, and delicious Mexican dishes with our neighbors and friends. Founder, Julio Trejo Sr., migrated from Mexico in pursuit of achieving the American Dream. In 1998, Senior Trejo opened the doors to his first restaurant with one goal in mind; to bring the best, freshest, and authentic Mexicano recipes to our customers.
We believe the freshest ingredients are centric to providing high-quality handmade recipes– never processed. We take it upon ourselves to find the best locally sourced produce and seafood, all-natural, responsibly raised protein to bring to the table.
